About the role

  • You monitor key metrics and ensure the underlying data is accurate and reliable
  • You analyze supply and demand data on our platform (e.g., number of enquiries, conversion rate optimization, price coverage) and identify patterns, anomalies and trends
  • You prepare figures so they are easy to understand (e.g., clear analyses and visualizations)
  • You help derive decisions, for example where we need more dealers or how we can improve the offering
  • You act as the interface to our CRM team and provide recommendations on which offers should be promoted
  • You share your findings in regular meetings with the team and discuss possible measures and next steps together with colleagues from Sales, Commercial and Analytics
  • You support data-related projects in Germany (e.g., KPI changes, migrations, data quality)

Requirements

  • Very strong analytical skills and commercial/business understanding
  • Confident use of SQL and Excel; ideally experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker or Power BI)
  • Structured thinking and a quick grasp
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • High motivation, ownership and a hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for digital business models, marketplaces and data analysis
  • Some professional experience in Data / Business / Marketplace Analytics (nice to have)
  • Experience in the automotive sector or digital marketplaces (nice to have)
  • Basic knowledge of Python (nice to have)
