About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review, code and post accounts payable invoices
Process dunning notices
Manage and monitor the quality of an external service provider
Monitor the digital approval workflow
Prepare and execute payments to suppliers
Maintain responsibility for accounts payable master data
Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
Serve as a point of contact for suppliers
Support accounts receivable and assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in accounts payable
Confident communication skills in German and good command of English
Proficient with MS Office
Ideally, experience with BC 365
