About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, code and post accounts payable invoices
- Process dunning notices
- Manage and monitor the quality of an external service provider
- Monitor the digital approval workflow
- Prepare and execute payments to suppliers
- Maintain responsibility for accounts payable master data
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers
- Support accounts receivable and assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in accounts payable
- Confident communication skills in German and good command of English
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ideally, experience with BC 365
