About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently resolve support cases via email, phone and chat
Proactively manage and maintain the customer base as a Relationship Manager
Use available tools to ensure excellent customer relationships
Support customers throughout the entire subscription period
Conduct customer meetings — online and on-site
Maintain customer records in the CRM system
Participate in initiatives to improve processes
Responsible for retention of existing customers
Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with processes
Escalate cases with negative impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer service or the service industry
Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
Structured and independent working style
Team player
Excellent command of German and French
English is a plus
