About the role
- Lead clinical and operational projects including initiatives to improve patient intake and scheduling efficiency
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives as the business demands
- Support teams across Cartwheel, in particular our Clinical Care team, in evaluating needs, running analyses, and implementing new initiatives
- Flex into other roles internally as demanded by the business
Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in either management consulting or in a strategic operations role in a healthcare startup
- Excellent analytics skills. You can run ad hoc analyses using SQL and Google Sheets, you can build dashboards in Looker
- Excellent business case and financial modeling skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Love project management. You will become an Asana pro
- Excited to lead strategic, operational, and clinical projects as an Individual Contributor
