About the role
- Responsible for the technical implementation, optimization, and management of marketing technology platforms, with a primary focus on enhancing digital marketing capabilities through robust platform management, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support email development as a secondary function, enhancing the delivery of scalable email solutions to support CRM strategies and drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with trading squads, campaign managers, CRM teams, and Product & Technology teams to deliver automated marketing solutions that achieve commercial objectives across multiple channels and partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a MarTech, marketing platform management, or similar role with a strong emphasis on technology integration and data governance.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, and data management systems.
- Proven experience delivering scalable front-end solutions within CMS platforms (ideally Webflow), including responsive builds, reusable components, SEO best practice, and integration with CRM, tagging, and analytics systems.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMP Script, with foundational knowledge in Java, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing strategy and performance improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
