About the role

  • Reconcile credit card receivables from multiple acquirers, ensuring transactions align with financial records and contracts;
  • Perform reconciliation of receivables anticipation (advances on receivables), analyzing fees, terms and amounts received;
  • Reconcile receipts via PIX and boletos, verifying the consistency of amounts between internal systems and bank statements;
  • Execute bank reconciliations for multiple accounts with significant activity and high frequency of transactions;
  • Work with tools such as Equals for reconciliation, supplementing with manual processes when necessary;
  • Handle large volumes of financial data, analyzing and interpreting information in detail;
  • Collaborate with technology, finance, accounting teams, acquirers and external partners to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes;
  • Contribute to building and evolving the area, helping to create processes and controls from scratch.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in reconciling credit card receivables and receivables anticipation operations, preferably in similar businesses within the sector;
  • Familiarity with intermediate reconciliation tools such as Equals, and willingness to perform manual processes when required;
  • Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis);
  • Ability to work with large databases, strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Good organizational skills and clear communication to document processes and report results to different teams.
  • Will be a plus:
  • Experience in startups or technology companies;
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
