Product Operations

• Own the strategy and roadmap for evaluation systems demonstrating voice AI model performance on customer-specific use cases
• Define and align on key evaluation metrics capturing model quality and customer impact
• Rapidly spin up customer-specific evaluation systems to test performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Build relationships with customers to translate evaluation needs into technical requirements
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across GTM, Engineering, and Research to design scalable evaluation frameworks
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with data vendors to secure high-quality voice datasets
• Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and delivery
• Create repeatable playbooks for vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance management
• Design and implement systems to hire, onboard, and manage contractors for data collection, annotation, and evaluation
• Scale contractor network, build screening workflows, and create high-conversion onboarding and incentive systems
• Partner with engineering and research to integrate evaluation systems with training pipelines and model development
• Track metrics to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and guide decisions about investments and builds

• Act as our CEO’s strategic partner and right hand. Ensure time, focus, and energy are directed towards the most critical, high leverage priorities.
• Streamline and operationalize business processes. Prepare agendas, synthesize discussions, drive follow-ups, and guarantee decisions get translated into action across the org.
• Manage high-stakes cross-functional initiatives. Drive special projects across sales, customer success, security / compliance, and growth partnerships
• Optimize Executive Effectiveness: Own and manage the CEO’s calendar with a ruthless focus on maximizing efficiency and organizational alignment with key priorities.
• Embed with strategic customers to define voice AI applications, influence product strategy, and shape long term AI adoption.
• Evangelize Founder Vision. Drive internal all-hands meetings, shape external narratives, and ensure our story resonates with employees, customers, investors, and partners.
• Anticipate Business Needs. Understand blind spots, mitigate risks, identify areas for business process streamlining, and keeping our executive team always 2 steps ahead.
• Continuously raise the bar. Help us define our culture, scale key business processes, and codify what excellence looks like across the company.

Customer Success Manager

• Own the entire post-sales customer journey: onboarding, activation, renewals, and expansion to maximize customer value from voice AI
• Build customer success infrastructure from 0-to-1: playbooks, prompting guides, onboarding sequences, and scalable support systems
• Deeply understand customer pain points and friction across the journey, design strategies to streamline their experience, and build seamless feedback loops into Product and Engineering
• Establish metrics for success: define KPIs and health scores to measure adoption, retention, and expansion impact
• Create world-class enablement content and thought leadership: training materials, documentation, and insights
• Collaborate with GTM on activation strategies and identify expansion opportunities to improve product-led growth
• Embed with strategic accounts to understand use cases, remove blockers, and drive adoption
• Bridge technical and customer need and partner with Product and Engineering to remove friction and improve the product
• Build and lead the function: hire and manage a team as the role grows

Customer Engagement Lead

Account Executive

• Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run discovery, build business cases, and close strategic deals.
• Land and expand accounts by embedding with customers, driving adoption, and shaping long-term roadmaps.
• Build relationships with technical buyers, enterprise stakeholders, and C-suite executives by deeply understanding workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate directly with founders to create our GTM playbook, outbound motion, pricing, and sales collateral.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer insights into product improvements and refined messaging.
• Drive scalable sales processes, pipeline development, and repeatable GTM best practices.
• Deliver product demos, proposals, and partnership opportunities that accelerate growth.
• Provide market and customer feedback to leadership to inform strategy and expansion.
