Temporary Call Center Universal Agent

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers via Phone, Email, and/or chat
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills
- Alert management of issues that require escalation
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Use technology tools to support daily tasks
- Participate in training sessions to stay current
- Educate customers about products to maximize upsell opportunities
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate customer data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule, and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
- Call center, Retail, and/or E-commerce experience is a plus
- Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
