Requirements
What you’ll need- People First Mindset with focus on development, coaching and training dedicated to Succession Planning
- Excellent communication with the ability to manage and communicate with multiple locations remotely
- Retail background including managing multi-unit retail/specialty apparel for at least 5 years
- Navigates ambiguity and pivots priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understand and manage KPIs, budgets and P&L
- Proven business acumen, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinker that can drive long term success
- Valid driver’s license
