About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for B2B account management of Acquirers, Sub-acquirers and Digital Wallets. Acts as the primary point of contact between Elo and partners, ensuring deliverables and identifying business opportunities;
  • Analyze the payments market and evolving scenarios;
  • Lead recurring meetings with internal teams and portfolio partners to capture priorities, identify and evaluate opportunities, and align agendas according to partner needs;
  • Actively participate in the onboarding of new partners or projects, interacting with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Finance and peer teams;
  • Work in close collaboration with Product, Digital Business, Finance, Authorization, Operations and Fraud Prevention teams;
  • Support corporate meetings for presentation, discussion and alignment of regulatory topics and opportunities with partners;
  • Analyze performance indicators and support discussions and refinement of action plans for the area and with clients;
  • Drive new business generation within assigned portfolio partners;
  • Ensure alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the culture and process evolution of the team and the company.

Requirements
