About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support discovery activities, contributing to the understanding of user and business needs.
- Create flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support internal discussions.
- Develop interfaces based on Elo's existing Design System guidelines.
- Adapt components and visual patterns under guidance, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads, supporting refinements and discussions on product requirements.
- Conduct validations and usability tests under supervision.
- Document design decisions to facilitate alignment and communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Design or related fields.
- Practical knowledge of Figma, prototyping tools, and collaboration tools (such as Miro).
- Understanding of basic UX/UI concepts, design systems, and usability.
- Interest in deepening knowledge of digital accessibility.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Prior experience (internships or projects) in product teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with usability heuristics and accessibility guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.
- Portfolio with structured case studies is a plus.
