About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the implementation, maintenance and evolution of IAM controls, ensuring security, regulatory compliance and operational continuity in a highly regulated environment.
- Execute, maintain and evolve identity and access controls, ensuring governance, security and compliance in production and integrated environments.
- Design and implement real authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML and FIDO2, including production troubleshooting.
- Operate and evolve IGA processes with SailPoint, including identity lifecycle, role modelling, segregation of duties and periodic access reviews, leveraging automation and API integrations.
- Administer and maintain PAM/PIM solutions, managing privileged access, credential vaults, session controls and enforcing least-privilege.
- Ensure access governance in cloud environments (AWS, Azure/Entra ID, GCP, OIC, Huawei), working directly on policies, roles and integrations.
- Maintain integrations with critical systems, APIs and hybrid environments, resolving authentication, authorization and provisioning issues.
- Manage digital certificates and support mTLS and secure integrations in critical environments.
- Participate directly in audits, evidence collection and remediation, with responsibility for controls and non-conformities.
- Respond to identity-related incidents, including misuse, excessive privileges and control failures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on (not conceptual) experience in IAM, with direct work in production environments.
- Proficiency in SailPoint (IdentityNow or equivalent), including workflows, connectors, automations and governance.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Identity (Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access) and Okta/Auth0 in real authentication scenarios.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting authentication and authorization flows (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), not just consuming them.
- Knowledge of IGA process automation, including automated provisioning/deprovisioning and API integrations.
- Experience with Cloud Identity (at least two providers among AWS, Azure, GCP, OIC or Huawei), with practical work in access control.
- Experience with PAM/PIM, preferably Segura, including privileged access management, vaults and session controls.
- Experience with SAP IAG (SoD, governance and approval flows).
- Experience applying AI to IAM, such as governance automation and anomalous behavior detection.
- Ability to perform real troubleshooting: broken logins, failing integrations, unauthorized access in production.
- Ability to organize tasks and work under pressure without losing control of deliverables.
- Experience with audits and compliance response in regulated environments is a plus.
- Applied knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, PCI-PIN and LGPD is a plus.
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures, microservices and API integrations is a plus.
- Degree or specialization in Information Security or related fields is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in IAM, Cloud or Security are a plus.
