About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map and analyze accounting processes (close, reconciliations, consolidation, preparation of ITR/financial statements), identifying automation opportunities;
Develop and implement automations for accounting routines (e.g., reconciliations, validations, reconciliations and consistency controls);
Support the development of AI solutions to assist in the preparation of financial statements and explanatory notes;
Automate recurring reporting routines (dashboards, controls, generation of information for auditors and regulators);
Support the standardization and governance of databases used in the closing process;
Ensure quality, traceability, and integrity of automated financial information;
Assist in responding to external audits, including the preparation of automated evidence;
Interact with areas such as FP&A, Tax, Investor Relations, and Risk to ensure consistency of reported information;
Maintain technical documentation for automations and support dissemination of solutions within the team;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
Basic knowledge of accounting (Brazilian GAAP/IFRS) and closing routines;
Advanced Excel (including database manipulation);
Knowledge or interest in process automation (Power Automate, VBA, RPA or similar);
Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, SQL – desirable);
Interest in applications of Artificial Intelligence in the financial/accounting context;
Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail;
Technical rigor and commitment to data quality;
Proactivity and ownership mindset regarding processes;
Ability to interact with multiple areas;
Technological curiosity and a focus on applied innovation;
Organization and discipline in deadline-driven environments.
