About the role
- Management of Credit, Liquidity and Market risks, including continuous monitoring, periodic reporting, and updating policies and indicators.
- Calculation, updating, and control of participant collateral, as well as calculating PD (probability of default), ratings, and reviewing financial statements (annual and on-demand).
- Regulatory support, preparing deliverables for the Central Bank (Bacen), Executive Board, Risk Committee, and drafting official materials and memoranda.
- Prompt support to internal teams and partners, including data analysis, handling non-funding flows, maintaining reports and the Financial Risks page.
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvements.
- Assist in updating quantitative models, spreadsheets and databases used by the team.
- Contribute to preparing management reports, risk indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite indicators (RAS).
- Support analysis and monitoring of the company's key financial risks (market, credit, liquidity).
- Assist with internal and external audits when necessary.
- Create Risk Dashboards for partner areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of financial risk, financial products, and payment methods concepts.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with one or more of the following: SQL, Python, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Prior experience (internship or first job) in risk, treasury, controllership, audit, or compliance is a plus.
- Statistical and predictive modeling (Python, SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel) is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk regulations such as Basel, CVM or Central Bank rules is a plus.
