About the role

  • Act as the product owner, with direct responsibility for leading and evolving banking and processing products at Elo.
  • Define and structure complex functional requirements, orchestrating flows, customer journeys, and integrations between clients, internal areas, and partners.
  • Be a reference for continuous delivery, ensuring predictability, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with engineering, design, data, and business teams, influencing technical and functional decisions.
  • Transform real customer and partner pain points into strategic, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
  • Continuously evolve the product using metrics, operational performance, and feedback as the basis for decisions.
  • Lead the management of critical stakeholders, anticipating risks, mediating interests, and enabling decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience serving as a Product Specialist or Product Manager in financial products.
  • Hands-on experience with banking (accounts, payments, transfers) and processing platforms.
  • Proven track record in building and evolving complex digital products, working closely with technology.
  • Ability to translate business problems into clear, well-structured solutions for engineering.
  • Strong metrics-driven focus on financial performance, efficiency, and value generation.
  • Maturity to prioritize, organize roadmaps, and handle multiple demands in complex scenarios.
  • Clear communication, a firm demeanor, and the ability to influence and align expectations with diverse audiences.
  • Strong sense of execution, ownership, and accountability for results.
  • Systems thinking and critical product thinking.
  • Clarity and maturity in prioritization.
  • Fluent communication with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
