About the role

  • Coordinate and support the design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Evolve and maintain the Design System, ensuring integration with front-end via design tokens and alignment with brand guidelines, guaranteeing scalability, governance, and standardization.
  • Promote a user-centered design culture, connecting research insights to strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusion in solutions, aligned with global best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation rituals with business stakeholders to accelerate discovery and ideation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Act as a bridge between design, product, engineering, and other teams.
  • Define and enforce processes and best practices for the design team.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of interfaces across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Design and managing a Design System.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems with agility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to run co-creation workshops with diverse teams using design thinking methodologies.
  • The following are a plus:
  • Experience in payment companies, technology firms, or digital products.
  • Experience designing B2B digital products.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards applicable to UX (e.g., authentication, WCAG accessibility).
  • Familiarity with UX metrics, user research, and service design.
