Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
Build and maintain an action-driven plan for each implementation.
Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Lead multiple standalone projects by working with the client and functional areas to gather requirements, scope, delegate project tasks, and communicate project statuses internally and externally.
Develop technical connections between client’s order management software and Cart’s warehouse management platform.
Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve problems.
Brainstorm and provide solutions that best serve client’s business model throughout the implementation process.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications between cross-functional teams.
Partner with operations to collaborate on client expectations and build a sustainable footprint for each business.
Define objectives and understand client needs in order to create and set realistic goals as part of the implementation lifecycle.
Train each client within the warehouse management system platform to encourage self-sustainability
Requirements
4+ years advanced level experience in Fulfillment Implementation
3+ years advanced level experience working with OMS/WMS.
1+ yrs experience and knowledge implementing ERP Software.
Experience working with and configuring solutions within an OMS and WMS.
