Clearly understand and manage existing scopes of work; ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely fashion and monitoring for scope creep
Assist with billing and payment setup and manage all invoices and reconciliations and be responsible for timely updates and billings both internally and externally
Onboarding and monitoring Payment Processors for all managed ecommerce sites
Understand current tax structures and ensure all taxes are properly managed for client
Work with internal media teams to ensure all client accounts are migrated properly and all payments are tracked properly
Create and update appropriate reports from various sales channels and POS platforms
Perform monthly MOR reconciliations across multiple client accounts
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in improving reconciliation processes through automation and system enhancements
Maintain proper documentation for audit and control purposes
Forecast end of month fees to track against service line P&L and have a deep understanding of potential end of month charges
Requirements
Strong client relations and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead meetings with executive level sponsors and serve as a trusted point of contact
Commercial experience and ability to properly manage multiple scopes of work across a variety of accounts
Strength in project management and ability to indirectly manage colleagues across multiple departments to ensure deliverables are met on time
Ability to work with minimal direction and oversight
Intermediate knowledge of Shopify - analytics, site ops, and payment tracking
Working knowledge of digital media platforms; Google, Meta, etc
Bonus Points: Familiarity with financial operations platforms (eg Bill.com, Zip)
