About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acting as the primary bridge between Support and Engineering
  • Analyze L2 tickets and technical issues to ensure they are fully qualified, documented, and reproducible
  • Performing functional QA to ensure that features work technically and align with the original project scope and business requirements
  • Conducting deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns or anomalies in product behavior
  • Translating complex technical concepts, data structures, or website behaviors into clear, actionable insights
  • Understanding, qualifying, and triaging upcoming bugs
  • Remaining the Subject Matter Expert for your respective products
  • Identifying opportunities to work on data analysis projects and AI initiatives
  • Providing training materials to the Customer Support Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management (BTM), Information Systems, Statistics, or a related technical field
  • A Master’s degree or relevant technical certifications are a plus
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Analyst, Technical Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Proven track record of triaging complex technical issues and ensuring product quality through rigorous QA and data validation
  • Experience with multiple data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) and an understanding of website structures
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Comfortable using Browser Developer Tools to investigate website behavior and data payloads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple technical investigations and QA cycles simultaneously
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
