About the role
- Maintain, retain, and build client relationships both at the store and corporate level
- Present & discuss digital strategy on a regular cadence through weekly calls, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Educate clients on Dealer Inspire website and product capabilities
- Work seamlessly with a wide range of different departments internally and externally.
- Collaborate with teams throughout the greater Cars Commerce organization to help grow and retain a full suite of services
- Apply project management disciplines to fulfill customer needs across their entire portfolio of dealers
- Facilitate tasks to execute all products and services adopted by assigned customers through all internal systems and processes.
- Conduct Kickoff calls for products and services independently without a Supervisor.
- Meet timelines and deadlines for all company initiatives, as well as meet all OEM program and product SLA’s.
Requirements
- Independent presentation ability on all things digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics
- Experience working with automotive dealer groups.
- 5+ years of relevant experience managing websites and/or digital marketing performance.
- (3+ years for internal Dealer Inspire PFM’s)
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly (Roughly once a quarter)
- Experience executing website updates on wordpress platform.
