About the role

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and engaging franchise dealership prospects
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified leads
  • Understand dealership business goals and challenges to position Cars Commerce solutions effectively
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at franchise dealerships
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business and revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Cars Commerce product offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (automotive/franchise experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions clearly to clients
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
