About the role
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and engaging franchise dealership prospects
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified leads
- Understand dealership business goals and challenges to position Cars Commerce solutions effectively
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at franchise dealerships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business and revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Cars Commerce product offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (automotive/franchise experience preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions clearly to clients
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
