About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and scale an automated creator program for CODM – onboarding, managing, and activating creators of all sizes whose content drives awareness, engagement, and revenue across Africa.
  • Advise on and execute content strategy in collaboration with creators to produce highly engaging content that grows the CODM player base.
  • Align creator initiatives and content output with game objectives, tracking performance against key engagement and growth metrics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Carry1st and the CODM creator community, nurturing relationships across all tiers of creators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creator program management, influencer networks, and content strategy at scale.
  • Genuine passion for Call of Duty: Mobile and its content creation landscape across Africa.
  • Best-in-class documentation skills – clear reports, briefs, and strategic plans.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn goals into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship management across creators of all sizes, content partners, and internal teams.
  • Self-driven and organized in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
