💰 $110,000 - $130,000 per year
About the role
- Own the initial and ongoing workforce planning structure, including supply/demand forecasting models and staffing alignment analyses
- Lead the execution of workforce strategies designed to enhance flexibility and scalability
- Partner closely with Patient Care, Commercial, Client Success, B2C Marketing, HR, and Finance
- Drive the assessment, implementation, and optimization of workforce management tools and productivity software
- Analyze workforce trends including attrition, PTO, leaves of absence, and productivity
- Provide dashboards and actionable reporting to leadership
Requirements
- Strong expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity modeling
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in workforce or capacity planning, preferably within healthcare or a fast-scaling technology company
- A track record of building scalable workforce strategies that support organizational growth and cost management
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable staffing decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and resourcefulness
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-growth, dynamic setting
- Passion for cross-functional collaboration across operations, sales, client success, data, and product teams
