About the role
- Log and enter new foreclosures into system.
- Review deed of trust and other documents to prepare notices.
- Prepare and send notices and documents to interested parties.
- Review title and clear any title defects as needed.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy of third-party websites.
- Prepare bidding instructions and process third-party sales.
- Handle incoming daily phone calls from borrowers and clients.
- Review bankruptcies to ensure validity against the property.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- One (1) plus years of default, foreclosure, servicing, or bankruptcy experience.
- Efficient in Microsoft Suite—Word, Excel, etc.
