About the role

  • Log and enter new foreclosures into system.
  • Review deed of trust and other documents to be able to prepare the notice of default/notice of sale and send for recording.
  • Prepare and send notices and other documents to all interested parties.
  • Review title and clear any title defects as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy of third-party websites.
  • Prepare bidding instructions and other sales related documents and process third-party sales.
  • Handle incoming daily phone calls from borrowers, clients, interested third parties, etc.
  • Review bankruptcies to ensure validity against the property.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • One (1) plus years of default, foreclosure, servicing, or bankruptcy experience.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite—Word, Excel, etc.
