About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and govern Master Data Management (MDM) processes, including SAP MDG-S process design
- Integrate SAP MDG with ServiceNow across complex IT environments
- Handle large data sets, validation, and data quality management
- Implement standardized End-to-End (E2E) business processes using best-practice MDM methodologies
- Support Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and related master data
- Translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process designs
- Use metrics and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Design robust data foundations with SMEs and key business stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder collaboration, change, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–8 years overall experience, including 4–5 years in process-focused roles working directly with data
- Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise
- Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance
- Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow across complex IT environments
- Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management
- Experience implementing standardized End-to-End (E2E) business processes and applying best-practice MDM methodologies
- Solid understanding of PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes and related master data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured issue-resolution capability
- Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs
- Customer-service mindset focused on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
- Broad systems/IT implementation experience, including SAP and CRM
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and deliver high-quality outputs
