Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, map, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across high-value datacenter customer accounts
Establish multi-level customer touchpoints across Asia Pacific and Middle East headquarters and regional teams
Engage customers during concept and design phases before formal RFPs
Translate strategic discussions into multi-year, multi-country business plans
Support country-specific sales teams with tactical intelligence and strategic alignment
Position Carrier’s cooling portfolio and co-design solutions with customer engineering teams
Align custom solution requests and supply chain timelines with customer deployments
Lead complex regional contract negotiations and establish Master Service Agreements
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs and provide forecast-accurate pipeline and progress reports to executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience in the datacenter infrastructure industry
Experience in datacenter cooling, power, or EPC services preferred
Proven ability to navigate diverse business cultures and regulatory environments across APAC and the Middle East
Understanding of datacenter cooling dynamics
Understanding of sustainability metrics including PUE and WUE
Understanding of emerging technologies
Demonstrated success negotiating complex, large-scale capital equipment contracts or complex bids
Demonstrated success negotiating multi-year Master Service Agreements
