Key responsibilities & impact

Review the end-to-end value chain and margins, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic programs supporting growth and operational execution
Drive process improvement and standardization across markets
Track datacenter market trends, customer needs, technology developments, and competitive activity
Evaluate and deliver strategic initiatives, partnerships, and transformation programs
Manage the annual and long-range planning process for the AME Datacenters business
Develop three- to five-year plans with business leadership
Create analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders
Improve dashboards and reporting with Finance, Sales Operations, and Digital teams
Build and improve bid management frameworks for complex opportunities
Communicate business direction and strategic priorities
Align stakeholders across functions and organizational levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

10–12 years of experience in strategy, operational excellence, business planning, or a related field
Experience ideally within technology, power electronics, infrastructure, or a similarly complex industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data and financial analysis
Ability to turn complex information into clear business recommendations
Experience working across Asia Pacific and/or Middle East markets
Understanding of regional business dynamics, customer needs, and market differences
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field required
MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred
