About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate monthly collaborative sessions and engage with strategic customers
Align Carriers' and customers' demand projections and stocking strategies
Integrate data inputs from customers to elevate accuracy in the monthly consensus forecast
Enhance advanced statistical models
Utilize install base analytics from Carrier equipment to proactively identify shifts in customer requirements for service parts and accessories
Liaison with our planning software vendor to modify processes and configure demand planning tools
Support monthly demand SIOP cadence with analysis and data insights
Partner with internal and external stakeholders across functional teams to capture inputs to the consensus demand plan to ensure adjustments and improvements to forecasting methodologies are implemented

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams(internal and external)
3+ years of experience forecasting SKU demand with planning tool
3+ years of experience in strong data analysis capabilities with Microsoft Excel and database software such as SQL
3+ years Experience improving demand forecasting processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience
Experience upgrading demand and planning applications
5+ years of experience in collaborative planning
Experience in aftermarket demand planning
Project management skills
