Key responsibilities & impact

The Associate Director of Program Management leads the Global PMO responsible for driving large-scale, cross-regional NPI programs.
This role manages and develops a team of program and project managers, providing coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to strengthen delivery capability and organizational maturity.
They ensure complex global programs are executed predictably, on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business outcomes while promoting standardized processes, strong communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior leaders, they help prioritize global work, manage dependencies, and remove obstacles so teams can stay focused and deliver high-impact results at scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree.
10+ years experience of program or project management experience supporting software, hardware, or digital product/engineering initiatives.
5+ years of experience leading and managing geographically distributed teams, including onsite, remote, and offshore resources.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
