Key responsibilities & impact

Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
Service-oriented advice to our customers (heating companies) by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
Support your colleagues in field service across the wider area of your service region
Participation in on-call duty to provide customers with prompt assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g. HVAC installer/technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building systems, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further qualified as a master craftsman (Meister) or certified technician
Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) systems
Refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1 required; Category 2 is advantageous
Valid driving license (Class B)
Good German language skills, spoken and written
