About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for payroll activities to ensure accurate and on-time processing
  • Prepares and processes payroll and tax transactions for international assignees
  • Manages and maintains payroll data, systems and schedules, and assists in the reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts
  • Understands, follows and implements payroll controls, policies, reporting requirements and wage and hour laws
  • Collects inputs for, and responds to, inquiries to clarify issues for domestic & International assignees
  • Guides, advises and provides data for payroll audits, reconciliations and projects to ensure compliance and timely completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1 year of U.S. payroll experience while based in Mexico
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate college degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential payroll information accurately
