About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI-driven applications using LLMs and advanced reasoning workflows
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems
Implement tool-integrated AI systems that interact with multiple data sources
Improve response quality, explainability, and structured outputs from AI systems
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
Design and build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Develop real-time and batch data processing systems
Model and optimize data for analytics, forecasting, and AI consumption
Ensure data quality, governance, and observability
Work with large-scale, time-series, and IoT datasets
Define end-to-end architecture for AI and data platforms
Build and manage microservices/serverless applications on cloud platforms
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

BTech degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MTech degree preferred.
6+ years of overall experience architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud and data-driven environments for the organization.
Agile/Scrum certified professional with experience running sprint ceremonies and managing deliverables.
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of facilitating Agile ceremonies with strong delivery capabilities.
Experience interacting with stakeholders and conducting regular meetings to ensure effective project delivery.
Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex distributed, serverless, data-intensive, and microservices-based applications.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience implementing distributed applications in a highly virtualized cloud environment (AWS preferred).
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience architecting and developing serverless and event-driven applications across multiple environments.
Project experience architecting, implementing, and optimizing data platforms, AI-driven systems, and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers.
Understanding of cloud-native capabilities of one or more providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ability to build scalable AI/data solutions leveraging these services.
Extensive experience migrating from legacy systems and implementing modern cloud-based, data-driven architectures.
Experience with infrastructure components, distributed systems, data pipelines, middleware, and service-oriented architectures.
Strong technical and analytical skills with significant experience in software development, data engineering, and AI/ML-based systems.
Knowledge in architecting, deploying, troubleshooting, and operating highly scalable and intelligent systems; customer-facing implementation experience is desirable.
