About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
Provide service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, by phone and on site, to ensure customer satisfaction
Support your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC system mechanic / Anlagenmechaniker SHK, mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy/building services, or electrician/electrical installer)
Ideally further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or certified technician
Professional experience in customer/field service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology
Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 is an advantage
Valid driving license class B
