About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze market, customer and technology trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Further develop existing services and open up new customer segments domestically and internationally
  • Develop and evaluate business models for various market segments
  • Establish, maintain and strategically develop relationships with customers, key accounts and partners
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product management and other internal stakeholders
  • Systematically expand long-term partnerships with industry and public institutions
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects across the entire project lifecycle
  • Prepare strategic analyses, presentations and decision documents for management and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, key account management, venture building, project management or consulting
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex topics into actionable steps
  • Team-oriented working style, empathy and a confident presence when engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advantageous: experience in the energy, smart-energy, technology or hardware/service sectors, and knowledge of agile working methods
  • Experience with CRM, BI or collaboration tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI) is a plus
