Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods
Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment
Preferred Qualifications: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field
Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless)
Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls
Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
