Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
  • Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods
  • Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment
  • Preferred Qualifications: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless)
  • Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls
  • Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
