About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems
- Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms
- Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers
- Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track
- Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
- Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment
- Preferred Qualifications: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field
- Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless)
- Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls
- Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
