About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Clean and structure data to remove inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates
- Monitor and audit data quality on a regular basis
- Gather and integrate additional customer-related data from Salesforce CRM
- Develop and maintain data models to support business needs
- Contribute to and execute the Master Data Management strategy and roadmap
- Support the implementation of data collection, storage, and modeling strategies for the Customer Experience function
- Develop documentation and training materials to support stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with data owners and stakeholders across functions and geographies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
- Fluent or native English (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Excel
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge (novice to intermediate) of SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is a strong asset
- Minimum 3-5 years overall experience, minimum 2+ years in data management
- Experience in a corporate business environment
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
