About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Clean and structure data to remove inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates
  • Monitor and audit data quality on a regular basis
  • Gather and integrate additional customer-related data from Salesforce CRM
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business needs
  • Contribute to and execute the Master Data Management strategy and roadmap
  • Support the implementation of data collection, storage, and modeling strategies for the Customer Experience function
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships with data owners and stakeholders across functions and geographies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent or native English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge (novice to intermediate) of SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is a strong asset
  • Minimum 3-5 years overall experience, minimum 2+ years in data management
  • Experience in a corporate business environment
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
