About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive customer on-time-delivery and past due metrics, aligned with customer expectations.
- Champion a customer-centric culture and ensure best-in-class customer experience by setting and exceeding service level agreements for order management.
- Proactively identify orders that will be at risk, driving actions to mitigate.
- Prioritize units in-transit allocated to customer orders.
- Partner with customer services to manage escalations and priorities, driving execution.
- Align daily and monthly capacity with SIOP and Distribution Centers.
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth customer services, manufacturing, DC’s, and transportation integration.
- Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, transportation, or operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
