Take end-to-end responsibility for an innovative, customer-focused product
Drive successful market introduction and profitable growth
Actively shape system compatibility, seamless integration and technological innovation across diverse application environments
Define and further develop integration standards
Ensure compatibility with inverters, EMS, Smart-Home and Smart-Building systems
Create technical specifications and manage interfaces in close cooperation with Engineering to derive clear product requirements and user stories
Identify, evaluate and pilot new technologies and industry standards
Conduct market and competitor analyses, including roadmaps, market trends, regulatory requirements and the international competitive landscape
Derive market-ready solutions from customer needs, regulatory requirements and grid-technical constraints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent technical understanding and broad expertise in BESS
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) or a related field
Deep knowledge of product development with a strong customer focus
3 years of experience in electrical building technology, PV-storage or the stationary battery industry, or in the renewable energy sector is desirable
Knowledge of relevant PV-storage standards, particularly regarding grid connection and grid-support requirements in the European market
Very good German and English language skills
Very good PowerPoint skills and strong presentation abilities
