About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate customer projects across all project phases – from planning to commissioning
Organize and lead project and site meetings, and follow up on action items
Resolve technical queries with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal departments
Create and maintain project overviews, action plans and project documentation
Plan resources for internal staff and external contractors
Monitor schedules, deliverables and project costs, and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
Maintain and expand collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors and planning partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., energy, building or supply engineering, mechanical engineering)
Several years of professional experience advantageous but not mandatory in heat pump technology, energy or building services engineering, technical planning or technical sales support
Initial professional experience in project management (at least 1 year) advantageous
Knowledge of project management methods and confident use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical thinking and technical understanding
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Team player with a hands-on mentality and strong presentation and moderation skills
