About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage complex customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone and electronic communication.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, shipping, and contract manufacturing teams to support order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases to support reporting and operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes while supporting OTD and business performance objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Experience using SAP and strong planning, coordination, and demand management skills
