Customer Service Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage complex customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone and electronic communication.
- Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, shipping, and contract manufacturing teams to support order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases to support reporting and operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes while supporting OTD and business performance objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- Experience using SAP and strong planning, coordination, and demand management skills
