About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performing commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
- Providing service-oriented advice to our customers and heating companies by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting your colleagues in technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area
- Taking on on-call duty with the goal of assisting our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed industry-specific vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK (plumbing/heating technician), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; further qualification as a Meister (master craftsman) or state-certified technician is an advantage
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC/ventilation technology
- Holder of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
- Valid driving licence Class B
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
