About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive modernization of supply chain, warehousing, and transportation processes through digital solutions and automation.
  • Lead requirements gathering, BRD creation, RFQ execution, and support technical solution evaluation and selection.
  • Own PMO for logistics applications, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives across regions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to plan and execute POCs, ensuring timely sign‑offs.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Manage global vendors and internal teams, including performance, capacity planning, and governance.
  • Lead Agile execution using SCRUM/AGILE methodologies across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Coordinate integration activities including data migration, testing cycles, and deployment readiness.
  • Track and report project milestones, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans with regular status updates.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive adoption, automation, and process improvements within the COE.
  • Apply industry best practices and governance frameworks to improve logistics solutions.
  • Drive automation, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage master data, customize configurations, and lead testing and training initiatives that empower our team.
  • Align SAP processes perfectly with complex manufacturing environments, seamlessly adapting to Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business models.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of logistics systems and supply chain processes experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of SAP functional implementation experience
