About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate efforts between Carrier Service and customers to ensure seamless product support.
Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers, including product trainings.
Review and assist with plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
Adapt to customer specific requirements.
Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, to maintain composure in fast-paced situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.
Must have a developed understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and controls.
Must be a self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction, and excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of HVAC Industry Experience
Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
