About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for bridging the product and market by developing go-to-market strategies that drive demand and adoption.
Connecting product capabilities to customer needs and developing compelling positioning.
Shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies and enabling sales and marketing teams.
Supporting new product development and introduction.
Performing market and competitive analysis.
Supporting creation of product requirements document (PRD).
Assisting with forecasting for new product releases and product roadmap updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
3 + years of experience in HVAC product management, system design, application engineering, and/or sales.
Some travel, including international (Canada, Mexico), is required (<10%)
Experience with rooftop units, water source heat pumps, or DOAS systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Experience with HVAC equipment selection tools
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate across multiple functions in high pressure situations
Strong business understanding and excellent interpersonal/influencing skills
Knowledge of industry standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, AHRI, DOE).
