Key responsibilities & impact

Support scheduling, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow-up tracking to keep project activities aligned.
Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Update project management tools with progress, deadlines, and dependencies.
Gather project metrics, prepare dashboards, and help identify risks or delays.
Suggest enhancements to workflows, documentation, or team processes.
Conduct research on tools, best practices, or project-related topics to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree Project Management, Business Administration or any Engineering field.
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
