Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own the full execution of professional building automation installations—from field mobilization through final commissioning—under any operational conditions.
  • Mission-Critical Delivery: Install and deliver complex, high-risk, and business-critical systems.
  • Team Accountability: Take ownership of quality outcomes for the entire field team.
  • Capability Building: Actively develop the next generation of field leaders.
  • Branch Risk Management: Partner with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Sales to assess and mitigate technical, schedule, and contractual risks across the branch project portfolio.
  • Mastery & Growth: Demonstrate total mastery of ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed to support dynamic field demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.
  • Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
  • Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
