End-to-End Ownership: Own the full execution of professional building automation installations—from field mobilization through final commissioning—under any operational conditions.
Mission-Critical Delivery: Install and deliver complex, high-risk, and business-critical systems.
Team Accountability: Take ownership of quality outcomes for the entire field team.
Capability Building: Actively develop the next generation of field leaders.
Branch Risk Management: Partner with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Sales to assess and mitigate technical, schedule, and contractual risks across the branch project portfolio.
Mastery & Growth: Demonstrate total mastery of ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines.
Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed to support dynamic field demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED.
6+ years of professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.
Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
