About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
Service-oriented consultation for our customers, including heating contractors, by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across the wider area of your assignment
Participation in on-call duty to help our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; further training as a master craftsman or technician is an advantage
Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
Valid refrigeration certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
Valid driving licence class B
Good written and spoken German
