About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Service-oriented consultation for our customers and heating contractors, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your service area
- Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing our customers with the fastest possible assistance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g. sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) plant mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating systems, refrigeration or HVAC technology
- Possession of a refrigerant handling certificate (Category 1); Category 2 is an advantage
- Valid driver's license class B
- Good spoken and written German
