About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deploy global quality policies, procedures, and training.
  • Drive cultural transformation and continuous improvement through quality tools and systems.
  • Establish and drive performance metrics through clear policies, procedures, and standard work.
  • Develop and deliver quality training for site, regional, and global audiences.
  • Own the end-to-end quality training portfolio, from content development through global deployment.
  • Coach and mentor teams as needed to support Carrier’s Quality strategy and objectives.
  • Support tactical quality initiatives, including PFMEA, Quality Clinics, QMS Assessments, Process Certification, and comprehensive product and process audits.
  • Develop quality policies aligned with leadership goals and business objectives.
  • Coordinate policy deployment across Quality, EH&S, and Operations.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Aftermarket, Regional Quality, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Provide direct support for critical business needs as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Engineering, Operations, or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quality management, manufacturing, or engineering, applying quality tools such as APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and RCA.
  • Proven success applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, RCA, A3) with measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
